Our goal is to offer the best free strength training log in the market with our free version of the app. With this version, you can log an infinite number of workouts, customize exercises, view basic statistics, and track PRs (both singles and rep records). Additionally, you'll have access to popular strength training programs like Starting Strength and Russian Squat Routine.
By upgrading to a premium subscription, you'll unlock advanced statistics encompassing all your logged data. You'll also gain access to our full catalog of training programs, along with convenient features like quick stats for sets and the ability to log sets with reps in reserve (RIR) or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). Our premium version includes programs for various exercises such as squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, as well as powerlifting, bodybuilding, powerbuilding, and push/pull/legs. And we are continuously expanding our program offerings.
The app also provides several free tools like a set timer and calculators for calorie needs, Wilks and Sinclair points, and 1RM estimations.

Subscriptions:
In the app, you have the option to subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App through automatically renewable subscriptions.
- Choose between 1 month ($/€12.95), 3 months ($/€28.95), or 12 months ($/€89.95).
- Your subscription will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the subscription period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- An active subscription cannot be canceled during the active subscription period. However, you can manage the auto-renewal settings in your App Store account.
Apple Health:
When granting the app permission to sync with Apple Health, we only share the information you choose to share. The app does not receive any data in return, and your data is only shared with your private Apple account.
